Malbec Grill is an Argentine-inspired, family-friendly steakhouse in Parkland, bringing together premium steaks, from-scratch cooking and exceptional value. Skirt steak, ribeye, picaña and churrasco are grilled over open flame and finished simply — chimichurri, salt, and time.
We cook with olive oil and beef tallow — never seed oils — and prepare our food from scratch using quality ingredients. Around the grill you'll find handmade empanadas, fresh pasta, grilled seafood, and a full breakfast served from seven in the morning.
